Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist while keeping the tape comfortably snug.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally.

Measure straight across the leg opening while the pants are laid flat.

Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the inner leg.

Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem along the outer leg.
