European Union, Norway & Iceland
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Just notify us by email or use our standard withdrawal form.
Within 14 days of your notice we refund the full product price plus standard outbound shipping (premium upgrades excluded). You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel without reason. Refund and shipping rules mirror the EU section above.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you also have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, plus rights to repair or replacement for up to 6 years from purchase.
United States
This policy applies uniformly across all US states. Where state law provides additional rights — including California Civil Code §1723, New York General Business Law §218-a, Florida Statutes §501.142, and Massachusetts 940 CMR 3.13 — those rights are fully preserved.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 14 days — often much faster. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear.
Can I exchange for another size or color?

Yes. Choose a direct exchange in the portal and we’ll reserve your replacement immediately, shipping it the moment your original is on its way back to us. Or take store credit and enjoy a 10% bonus.
Who pays for return shipping?

We cover it with a free prepaid label for damaged, defective, wrong, or misdescribed items, and for EU/UK statutory withdrawals. For change-of-mind or sizing returns you cover shipping — though you can request a discounted label deducted from your refund.
Can I return sale items?

Final sale and clearance items marked as such at purchase are not returnable — with one exception: if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re fully covered under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
