1. Order Processing

- Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. EverClothed cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
2. Shipping Destinations
EverClothed currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, and Iceland. Availability of shipping methods may vary by destination.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the dispatch date, not the date the order is placed. All estimates are in business days and are not guaranteed.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
- For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by their local authorities. These costs are not included in the order total and are not covered by EverClothed.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation. Tracking accuracy depends on the courier service used.
6. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
- While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

A delay is considered significant if it exceeds 15 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery window for the selected shipping method. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@everclothed.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation , including offering a full refund where appropriate.
7. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility
- For customers in the United Kingdom: under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with EverClothed until the goods are delivered to you (or to a person you have nominated to receive them). This means that if goods are lost or damaged in transit, we are responsible for resolving the issue.
- For customers in the European Union, Norway, and Iceland: under Article 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the risk passes to you only when you (or a third party indicated by you) physically take possession of the goods.
- For customers in the United States: once an order has been dispatched, tracking and delivery responsibility is handled by the courier. However, if a shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered by the carrier, EverClothed will assist in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
For all regions: if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@everclothed.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging are required for all damage claims.
8. Returned Shipments Due to Delivery Failure
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply, and the customer bears full responsibility for these costs.
9. Additional Fees
In certain cases, additional costs may apply, including return shipping fees, customs duties, handling charges, or clearance fees. These costs are not covered by EverClothed and must be settled by the customer before reshipment or refund processing.
