Returns & exchanges
01What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in resellable condition, free from signs of wear, and returned with original tags attached where practical, along with proof of purchase. Full details are in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
02Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can choose a direct exchange (we reserve your replacement and send return instructions), store credit with a 10% bonus, or a full refund and a new order. Email support@everclothed.com with your order number and the size, colour, or product you'd like.
03My order arrived damaged or lost, what now?
Please contact us at support@everclothed.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging are required for all damage claims, so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

01How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Follow it on our Track Order page, or directly through your local postal or courier service.
02How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery, from dispatch:
- United States: Standard 5 to 9 days, Express 3 to 5 days
- United Kingdom: Standard 6 to 12 days, Express 4 to 9 days
- EU, Norway & Iceland: Standard 7 to 14 days, Express 4 to 9 days
03Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, and Iceland. For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.
