MATERIALS & CARE
Here are a few guidelines to help you care for your new purchase. It's a good idea to pre-wash any washable natural fibers that you will be washing in the future, as some shrinkage may happen. We recommend pre-washing in the same way you intend to wash your future fabric creation including drying.
Wash light and bright colors separately, as some colors may run in their first few washes. Please note, these care tips are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. Extra care should be taken when washing high contrast prints with highly saturated pigments like red, black and navy on a light-colored cloths. These prints can be prone to color bleed and should be cold washed, and dried without delay.
Special washing instructions will apply to some fabrics such as satins, sequined, beaded, coated or foiled fabrics as well as specialty weights/styles and delicate items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please follow the care & prewash guidelines as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Start your return process by contacting our support team. Hassle-free & customer-friendly!
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
